PERLAGRANDE - TROWEL PATTERN - HOW-TO VIDEOS
MFA CLASSIC | MFA PLUS
priming
Prime absorbent (stable) substrate using MFA Classic concentrate diluted 1:4 with water. Apply primer with a wide brush, working it well into the substrate. Priming strengthens the substrate and improves adhesiveness and coverage of further coats.
Prime absorbent (weak) substrates and surfaces of old walls with MFA PLUS diluted max. 1:3 with water. Apply primer with a wide brush, working it well into the substrate. Deeply penetrating and binding the substrate, priming strengthens it, reduces excessive absorbency, and improves the coverage of further coats.

MFA WHITE
priming (optional layer)
MFA WHITE – white primer, can be pigmented. Recommended before painting to make the substrate uniform, in particular when applying a new colour to walls. Intended for intense colours of low covering properties. Dilute with max. 100% of water, apply with a wide brush, working it well into the substrate. Can be applied using a roller without diluting as internal paint or priming base.

MURIMAL 200
base coat
Apply the first layer of paint (diluted with 5 – 15% of water, depending on the base colour) to a well–prepared substrate. First, paint areas unavailable to a large roller (internal corners, areas close to the skirting boards, power outlets, etc.). Apply paint at a uniform rate from top to bottom in one go. Make sure to evaluate the quality constantly and avoid touch–ups on the drying layer.

MURIMAL 200
base coat
Apply the second layer of paint (diluted with 5 – 15% of water, depending on the base colour). First, paint areas unavailable to a large roller (as per the first layer). Apply paint at a uniform rate from top to bottom in one go. Make sure to evaluate the quality constantly and avoid touch–ups on the drying layer.

PERLAGRANDE
decorative coat
Polish the surface subtly with fine sandpaper to achieve a smoother substrate. Stir Perlagrande thoroughly before use. Does not require diluting. Apply to a small area using an INOX trowel. Distribute a new layer of the compound in multiple directions. Work should be divided into stages to maintain symmetry throughout the whole process. Depending on the finish, apply one or two layers, with at least 5 hours intervals.

PERLAGRANDE
Whole system
Perlagrande can provide a smooth surface with various light reflections. The pattern is created while applying the pearl to the wall with an INOX trowel, changing the angle of the light and producing slight colour transitions. The final effect depends on the use and distribution of the sources of light, and on the natural light in the room or interior during the day. Velvety to the touch and based on e.g. acrylic resins and pearls. Thinned with water and intended for interiors. Perlagrande is characterised by a unique pearlescent effect, emphasised by how it is applied, and providing walls with an intense and elegant appearance. Intended for interiors that require brightening, visual enlarging, and creating an illusion of space. The maintenance is easy as the coating is resistant to washing and guarantees diffusivity of the painted surface.
