DENIM ON PAINT EFFECT - HOW-TO VIDEOS
MFA CLASSIC | MFA PLUS
priming
Prime absorbent (stable) substrate using MFA Classic concentrate diluted 1:4 with water. Apply primer with a wide brush, working it well into the substrate. Priming strengthens the substrate and improves adhesiveness and coverage of further coats.
Prime absorbent (weak) substrates and surfaces of old walls with MFA PLUS diluted max. 1:3 with water. Apply primer with a wide brush, working it well into the substrate. Deeply penetrating and binding the substrate, priming strengthens it, reduces excessive absorbency, and improves the coverage of further coats.

MFA WHITE
priming (optional layer)
MFA WHITE – white primer, can be pigmented. Recommended before painting to make the substrate uniform, in particular when applying a new colour to walls. Intended for intense colours of low covering properties. Dilute with max. 100% of water, apply with a wide brush, working it well into the substrate. Can be applied using a roller without diluting as internal paint or priming base.

JEANS ECO12 WARSTWA PODKŁADOWA
Apply one or two layers of paint (diluted with 5 – 15% of water, depending on the base colour) to a well–prepared substrate. First, paint areas unavailable to a large roller (internal corners, areas close to the skirting boards, power outlets, etc.). Apply paint at a uniform rate from top to bottom in one go. Make sure to evaluate the quality constantly and avoid touch–ups on the drying layer.

JEANS PIERWSZA WARSTWA DEKORACYJNA
When applied with a wide brush, dilute Jeans Velatura with 10 – 20% of water. To create canvas weave, apply the product in two stages, creating two layers in opposite directions. Apply a required amount of paint in narrow stripes in a chosen direction. Produce a regular, noodle–like pattern using a porous sponge or a brush. We recommend using a long spirit level for large areas to produce straight pattern lines. The work should be performed in stages until the whole surface is covered.

JEANS NA FARBIE
The effect is created on smooth substrates coated with Eco 12 satin paint to which Jeans Velatura decorative paint is applied in selected colours according to a swatch for matt or pearl-matt version (the final effect is much more intense, visible, and contrastive in the latter case). Denim-like decorations are created by applying the paint horizontally first and then vertically when it dries. Creates distinctive smudges, rubs, and shades, similar to coarse-brushed fabric or rattan. When used with shades of blue, it looks like decatised denim. Due to a special high-quality polymeric dispersion, state-of-the-art filling additives, porcelain marbles, and carefully selected microspheric additives, Jeans Velatura can be used to create unique effects such as smoked and aged finishes. Although it looks unique, the actual cost is very low.
