SAHARA - MIXED PATTERN - HOW-TO VIDEOS
MFA CLASSIC | MFA PLUS
priming
Prime absorbent (stable) substrate using MFA Classic concentrate diluted 1:4 with water. Apply primer with a wide brush, working it well into the substrate. Priming strengthens the substrate and improves adhesiveness and coverage of further coats.
Prime absorbent (weak) substrates and surfaces of old walls with MFA PLUS diluted max. 1:3 with water. Apply primer with a wide brush, working it well into the substrate. Deeply penetrating and binding the substrate, priming strengthens it, reduces excessive absorbency, and improves the coverage of further coats.

MFA WHITE
priming (optional layer)
MFA WHITE – white primer, can be pigmented. Recommended before painting to make the substrate uniform, in particular when applying a new colour to walls. Intended for intense colours of low covering properties. Dilute with max. 100% of water, apply with a wide brush, working it well into the substrate. Can be applied using a roller without diluting as internal paint or priming base.

MURILLO
base coat
Apply the first layer of paint (diluted with 5 – 25% of water, depending on the base colour) to a well–prepared substrate. First, paint areas unavailable to a large roller (internal corners, areas close to the skirting boards, power outlets, etc.). Apply paint at a uniform rate from top to bottom in one go. Make sure to evaluate the quality constantly and avoid touch–ups on the drying layer.

MURILLO
main layer
Apply the second layer of paint (diluted with 5 – 25% of water, depending on the base colour). First, paint areas unavailable to a large roller (as per the first layer). Apply paint at a uniform rate from top to bottom in one go. Make sure to evaluate the quality constantly and avoid touch–ups on the drying layer.

SAHARA
decorative coat
Sahara is ready to use. If necessary, thin with max. 20% of water. Apply with a paint brush in a regular, pointwise manner to a small area and distribute over the surface. Sahara is applied in stages, combining the layers until the whole surface is covered. During application, come back to drying layers and brush them slightly with a wide brush so that grains in the paint form clusters and create the desired effect. If the coat is to thick, smooth the surface with a trowel, holding it flat agains t the surface.

SAHARA MIXED PATTERN
Whole system
The final effect resembles desert sand glittering in the sun with a silver, golden, or pearlescent afterglow. Brightens the interior and adds glamour by creating wonderful light displays and colourful reflections. This pattern is created using Sahara paint applied with an inox trowel. Then the compound is distributed with horizontal or vertical strokes of a "grass" tool, squeezing the compound from under the tool. The effect can be applied horizontally or vertically, depending on the design. The pattern goes well with natural elements of the interior, i.e. glass, wood, metal, ceramics, stone.
