BETON MARMO - CONCRETE EFFECT - HOW-TO VIDEOS
MFA CLASSIC | MFA PLUS
priming
Prime absorbent (stable) substrate using MFA Classic concentrate diluted 1:3 with water. Apply primer with a wide brush, working it well into the substrate. Priming strengthens the substrate and improves adhesiveness and coverage of further coats.
Prime absorbent (weak) substrates and surfaces of old walls with MFA PLUS diluted max. 1:3 with water. Apply primer with a wide brush, working it well into the substrate. Deeply penetrating and binding the substrate, priming strengthens it, reduces excessive absorbency, and improves the coverage of further coats.

BUCCIATO E
quartz primer
When applied as quartz primer, Bucciato E must be diluted with 30% of water and stirred thoroughly. Apply with a wide brush, according to the direction of the decorative coat to be created. Created quartz coat will increase adhesiveness and facilitate application of further coats.

CALCE MARMORINO
base coat
Stir Calce Marmorino thoroughly before applying each layer. Distribute a base layer of plaster with an INOX trowel, creating a grain–thick layer and smoothing out with a trowel, pressing it flat against the substrate. The work should be performed in stages until the whole surface is covered.

BETON MARMO WARSTWA DEKORACYJNA
decorative coat
Stir the plaster thoroughly before use. Apply Beton Marmo to a drying or dried substrate, creating the pattern with a large INOX trowel. During application, particles and minerals of various grain create so called "pits" on the surface which provide a concrete–like texture. The work should be performed in stages so that the layers bind while wet. Smooth out drying surface, leaving small gaps in the texture. Depending on the desired finish, apply an effect to drying surface by marking the outline of concrete slabs or the effect of expansion.

LUMICCA INCOLORE
preservation
Lumicca Incolore primes and preserves the substrate. Before commencing work, dilute 1:1, max. 1:1.5 with water and stir thoroughly. Apply with a wide brush and distribute with euromal evenly, according to the direction of previously created pattern. Remove excessive preservative using a cotton cloth, in particular from pits. The work should be performed in stages until the whole surface is covered.

BETON MARMO
Whole system
The effect is created using Beton Marmo decorative ecological mineral plaster of medium grain which gives the surface a raw depth and a finishing touch. The texture can be more explicit, with larger pores and colour gradients, or less explicit, for those who wish to create fashionable "concrete" texture. The natural production cycle and components used as well as the alkaline pH provide excellent removal of moisture from the walls in order to prevent fungi, moulds, and other micro-organisms from growing.
