BETON ART - CONCRETE EFFECT - HOW-TO VIDEOS
MFA CLASSIC | MFA PLUS
priming
Prime absorbent (stable) substrate using MFA Classic concentrate diluted 1:3 with water. Apply primer with a wide brush, working it well into the substrate. Priming strengthens the substrate and improves adhesiveness and coverage of further coats.
Prime absorbent (weak) substrates and surfaces of old walls with MFA PLUS diluted max. 1:3 with water. Apply primer with a wide brush, working it well into the substrate. Deeply penetrating and binding the substrate, priming strengthens it, reduces excessive absorbency, and improves the coverage of further coats.

BUCCIATO E
quartz primer
When applied as quartz primer, Bucciato E must be diluted with 30% of water and stirred thoroughly. Apply with a wide brush, according to the direction of the decorative coat to be created. Created quartz coat will increase adhesiveness and facilitate application of further coats.

CALCE MARMORINO
base coat
Stir Calce Marmorino thoroughly before applying each layer. Distribute a base layer of plaster with an INOX trowel, creating a grain–thick layer and smoothing out with a trowel, pressing it flat against the substrate. The work should be performed in stages until the whole surface is covered.

BETON ART
decorative coat
Stir the plaster thoroughly before use. Apply Beton Art to a drying or dried substrate, creating the pattern with a large INOX trowel. During application, particles and minerals of various grain create so called "pits" on the surface which provide a concrete–like texture. The work should be performed in stages so that the layers bind while wet. Smooth out drying surface, leaving small gaps in the texture. Depending on the desired finish, apply an effect to drying surface by marking the outline of concrete slabs or the effect of expansion.

LUMICCA INCOLORE
preservation
Lumicca Incolore primes and preserves the substrate. Before commencing work, dilute 1:1, max. 1:1.5 with water and stir thoroughly. Apply with a wide brush and distribute with euromal evenly, according to the direction of previously created pattern. Remove excessive preservative using a cotton cloth, in particular from pits. The work should be performed in stages until the whole surface is covered.

BETON ART
Whole system
This effect is created using Beton Art decorative ecological mineral plaster of coarse grain which gives the surface a raw depth and a vivid finishing touch. Recommended for indoor and outdoor use, produces an interesting satin (proper preservation with Lumicca Incolore – dilute with max. 100% H2O) or matt surface (depending on your needs and place: no preservation or dilute with approx.150% H2O – Lumicca Incolore). When applied to surfaces exposed to dirt or outdoors, it must be properly preserved – with Lumicca Incolore. The texture is more explicit, with larger pores and colour gradients. For those who want to create a noticeable pattern and a raw finish. The natural production cycle and components used as well as the alkaline pH provide excellent removal of moisture from the walls in order to prevent fungi, moulds, and other micro-organisms from growing. Highly resistant to washing and scrubbing, easy to maintain. The plaster is perfect for finishing walls, especially those ...
